The Blake Society

The Bicentenary of William Blake’s Death

Open call to celebrate the life and work of William Blake

2027 marks the 200th anniversary of William Blake’s death. The Blake Society would like that year to be filled with events, exhibitions, publications and performances of all kinds — from international symposia to poetry gatherings among friends.

Blake200 is the Society’s worldwide listing of those events: a record of what a broad, abundant community did to celebrate him — and, after 2027, a lasting archive and calendar for new events.
